You can use the following Temp URL in the following format: http://ipaddress/~cpanelusername/
Change "ipaddress" for the server's main shared IP and "cpanelusername" for your cPanel username. Both details are included in the email titled "New Account Information" sent after you buy a shared hosting account with us.
However, the use of the Temp URL is not recommended for websites with Databases. You may need to update the database information to work properly.
