Dear Valued Customer,
We're writing to inform you of two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP, collectively known as "PHP2Shell." These vulnerabilities could allow attackers to remotely execute malicious code on affected servers, potentially exposing sensitive data.
What you need to know:
All PHP versions are currently vulnerable, and successful exploitation can lead to remote code execution (RCE).
We have released security updates for PHP versions ea-php74 and above.
As a result, we will be disabling all older PHP versions on our servers.
What you need to do: To protect your websites, please ensure you are running the latest supported PHP version.
Please note: We reserve the right to update your PHP version on your behalf to maintain server security.
If your website is not compatible with the latest PHP version, this update may affect its functionality. We strongly recommend testing your site on the new version before older versions are disabled.
If you have any questions or need assistance upgrading, our support team is here to help.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep your websites secure.
