Server Artemis Under Maintenance

We are currently addressing a database service issue on our Artemis server. Our engineering team has been engaged and is actively working on a resolution.
We expect the service to be fully restored within the next few hours. We will provide updates as we make progress.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, one part of the database was damaged and cannot be recovered. Therefore, we will need to restore backups of some accounts to a different server. If your account was affected and needs to be prioritized, please contact us.
