Dear Valued Client,

We are currently investigating reports of a database service interruption affecting our Apollo server. Our engineering team is actively working to restore the service and minimize any impact on your hosted applications.

Current Status:

Issue: MySQL/Database service offline.

Impact: Websites and applications utilizing databases may experience connection errors.

ETA: Our administrators are on-site (virtually) and working toward a resolution as a high-priority task.
